Dreamscapes at the Oceano Hotel
By gracious loan of NVIDIA Corporation, my Point Montara Lighthouse Dreamscape is now on display at the Oceano Hotel (280 Capistrano Road Half Moon Bay, CA 94019). See additional photos.
Dreamscapes go to Google-NYC
After 6 months on tour in Seattle, my "Central Park Azalea Walk Dreamscape" was installed at the giant Google Building in the Chelsea District of New York City on May 4, 2017. Given the subject matter and technology employed (a modified version of Google's DeepDream), this venue certainly provides a perfect setting for this piece. Dreamscapes at Art Palm Beach
In January 2017, I flew to Palm Beach to participate in Art Palm Beach at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. At this fair, I exhibited a new 40" x 40" 'Dreamscape Detail' in the booth of the gallery that represents me in Palm Beach (Paul Fisher Gallery). I was also once again granted the honor of having my 96" x 96" Echo Canyon Dreamscape installed in the public portion of the venue at the request of the fair organizer, Lee Ann Lester, an established luminary in the Florida art scene. Dreamscapes at Art Concept: Art Basel Week in Miami
In late November 2016, I flew to Miami to participate in my first international art fair during Art Basel Week. My work was featured at Art Concept, a new cutting edge satellite fair held in the stunning waterfront venue of Bayfront Park on Biscayne Bay. At this fair, I exhibited a 40" x 40" 'Dreamscape Detail' in the booth of the gallery that represents me in Miami, Curator's Voice Art Projects (see my Upscaled Dreamscape Details collection to learn more about these popular mid-format works). Dreamscapes at "9e2: art, science, and technology"
My Central Park Azalea Walk Dreamscape (8' high x 12' wide) was featured at King Street Station in Seattle, October 21-29, 2016, at "9e2" (an art+tech exhibit that commemorated the 50th anniversary of "9 Evenings", a seminal art event that happened at the Armory in NYC in 1966) is . Dreamscapes go to Guadalajara
In October 2016, StartupGDL invited my Google collaborator, Joseph Smarr, and me to Guadalajara to exhibit and speak about our Dreamscapes project. Over the course of our visit, we gave our presentation publicly at the beautiful Biblioteca Pública del Estado “Juan José Arreola” and at two private universities: ITESO and TEC de Monterrey (see photo album). Dreamscapes go to the Googleplex
In May 2016, NVIDIA graciously agreed to loan their three 8' high x 16' wide Dreamscapes (see below) to Google for a weeklong exhibit and tech talk given by me and my Google collaborator, Joseph Smarr. See photo album and read this blog post by Joseph Smarr.
Dreamscapes at the GPU Technology Conference 2016
Three 8' high x 16' wide backlit tension fabric structures featuring images from my Dreamscapes collection were purchased by NVIDIA to showcase the power of their graphics processing units (GPUs) when combined with deep learning image processing techniques. These artworks were experienced by over 5,500 people from 50+ countries who attended this annual conference in San Jose, California. See video interview and photo album.

Dreamscapes on Calit2 Visualization Wall
In March 2016, Calit2 Director Larry Smarr welcomed me to Calit2’s Qualcomm Institute on the UC San Diego campus to view my Dreamscapes collection on their Vroom system, which boasts 66 million pixels (megapixels) across 32 high-definition displays arranged in four rows of eight displays each, creating a nearly seamless viewing area eight feet high and 32 feet wide. My Dreamscapes are now a featured collection used frequently to demonstrate the visualization power of this incredible display system. Read press release and see photo album.
Scenic Backdrop at Toyota 2018 National Dealer Meeting
Two of my images from Rocky Mountain National Park were merged to create an immersive backdrop for the Adventure Zone at the Toyota 2018 National Dealer Meeting held in Dallas, TX. See additional photos.
My fourth appearance in 57 Degrees Magazine includes my first front cover for the publication as well as a feature story. This luxury lifestyle magazine is distributed in high-end hotels from Carmel to Napa Valley. See issue.
Scenic Backdrops at Dreamforce '17
Five of my images were licensed for Dreamforce '17 and installed in two different venues in San Francisco: Moscone West and the Hilton Union Square. Over 4,100 square feet of graphics were produced from my imagery this year. See additional photos.

Scenic Backdrops at Dreamforce '16
Three of my images of mountain scenes were licensed for the "Lightning Lookout" zone at Dreamforce '16, the world's largest software conference (180,000 attendees) which is held annually in San Francisco. The largest backdrop (shown here) was printed 14' high x 90' wide. See additional photos.
For the third time, my work has been featured in 57 Degrees Magazine, this time as the inside cover. See issue.
My second feature pictorial (3 images, 5 pages) appears in another issue of 57 Degrees San Francisco Living Magazine. See issue.
